Ron Gray, a true Marmorite, has made his art his life work and has been living and developing his techniques since his first work in oil at sixteen. For ten years Mr. Gray produced a variety of works in Canadian landscape and life studies.
Linear Impressionism developed as the artist drew the viewer into the studies. We are drawn to think, witness and feel the work. The artist seemed to be in perpetual struggle with his art hinting strongly toward realism then executing brush or knife in a manner that serves to reinforce the artistic expression of the man.
To date, over 500 original paintings have been sold to collectors.
