LISA SHANNON

COUNTRY PRIMITIVE CRAFTS

Lisa's creative talents were inspired by nature,  when,  at the age of three,   she moved here from Toronto to enjoy country living.  Most of her craft materials are gathered from what nature has to offer.  Unique pieces of wood,  bark,  logs and even fence rails are made into Santas and Snowmen.

Salvaging from the scrap piles of friends and family,  Lisa celebrates her favourite season,  Christmas.    With a sense of accomplishment and fulfillment,  she creates something from nothing.

Lisa's creations will be for sale at the Heart of Hastings Christmas Tour at the William Shannon Room at the Library, in November.

You will also find her at the Historical Foundation on the day of the Santa Claus Parade -  December 3, 2016 !
